However, unfortunately, our $27 program does not include those services. We understand that you were in need of a more personalized plan that offers direct contact and feedback from a personal trainer. We also have the largest women only transformation studio in Florida for the last ten years. It's one of our online programs that we offer. (This online program currently has 46,353 members). Thank you for your purchase of our 6-week Invisible Waist Floating Butt program. We wish customer success in transforming her body. To solve this issue customer just needs to provide email address or order number so we can locate her order to refund in full. We will also include screenshots to confirm our dialogue with customer. Reviews when we made this for women like herself for over ten years and have the Largest women only studio in the state of Florida. It's disheartening for us to receive "scam". Per customers complaint she acknowledges We gave her manual option to reset password. We sent customer options 2 hours after they request help with program and never heard a response from customer.
